ABOUT THE DESTINATION
Budapest is the capital city of Hungary, located on the banks of Danube river. The name Budapest came from two word Buda (right bank of the Danube) and Pest (left bank of the Danube). Historical monuments with 1,000-year-old culture and the relics of those who settled here are the main features that Budapest is known for. Buda and Pest reflects two character of one city. Namly, Buda is a historical part, know by castle, medieval streets and houses, museums, caves and Roman ruins, while Pest is a vibrant part of the city with riverside promenades, bookstores, antique stores and café houses and restaurants. Also, Pesta is know to be the home of the the largest parliament building in Europe.
