The first high-category apartment hotel, located in the heart of Belgrade, is a peaceful oasis of luxury and comfort, representing the Zepter mission of health.
On the ground floor, there are: the reception desk, SmartLife Restaurant with a diversified and healthy menu, the snack bar, where a buffet-style breakfast is served, and the aperitive bar, with an abundant offer of drinks and Ze-presso coffee aromas.
Zepter Conference Hall, situated on the mezzanine, is a multifunctional room suitable for various meetings. Joy-Me Terrace on the 2nd floor, for up to 80 persons, is ideal for open-air events.
Rooms and suites are distributed from 1st to 6th floor. SmartLife Fitness center, an ideal place for maintaining physical fitness, and the library, are located on the 7th floor, as well as the imposing Horizon Terrace for open-air events, which can host up to 100 persons.

Zepter Hotel has 32 units of which 5 Deluxe rooms, 2 Junior suites and 25 apartments. All units are designed for two people, except the Presidential and Imperial suite whose maximum capacity is up to six persons and Royal apartment which is for a maximum of four people.
Conference capacities
Zepter hotel puts at events organizer disposal a 100 m² space, where can be organized a business events with food and drink buffet. Conference Hall capacity depends on the layout of seating and the required AV equipment – maximum capacity in theatre style is 80 persons.
